4. Pulse: 60 beats/min~100 beats/min, athletes with high endurance ≥50 beats/min, with regular rhythm;
5. Body temperature: normal;< br/>6. General health conditions:
a). There is no yellowing of the skin and sclera, no traumatic infection of the skin, and no extensive skin diseases;
b). No severe or above disability of the limbs, no Severe dysfunction and no redness and swelling of the joints;
c). There is no skin damage at the venipuncture site of both arms, and no trace of intravenous drugs.

Measure blood pressure and pulse

Before blood donation, blood test:
1. Hemoglobin (Hb) male ≥120g/L; female ≥115g/L, such as copper sulfate method: male ≥1.0520, female ≥1.0510;
2. Gu B Transaminase (ALT) ≤50U/L;
3. Hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) test: negative.
